WeCreate Laser products carry a standard 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover:
Laser sources (JPT, Raycus) carry the original manufacturer's warranty, which is typically 2 years and is honored through WeCreate Laser's support channels.
Due to the custom nature of industrial equipment, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
Refunds for confirmed manufacturing defects will be processed within 30 business days of the return being received and inspected.
